Our Quality Commitment
Yaqinah & Co. assures that all our products are as natural as they can be, unadulterated, pesticide-free and alcohol-free. All products are tested for physical as well as chemical properties in well-equipped laboratory using advanced instrumental techniques to maintain international quality standards.
Our goal is to provide the finest quality products available today. We do not shop by price, nor do we buy from "mass market" suppliers, but rather from small distillers who either grow their crop themselves, or personally know and observe the farmers whose oils they sell. Most of our oils are either organically grown, or ethically wild crafted with concern for the worldwide environment and ecosystem.
You can be assured that all of our products are from the freshest stock available, and each ingredient has been carefully selected for its quality and therapeutic value. All of our containing pure essential oils sourced specifically for aroma - therapeutic applications. We do not add carrier oils or additives, nor do we re-distill any of our essential oils.
Are your oils organic?
All of our oils are 100% pure and natural, of therapeutic grade and free from any chemicals or pesticides. Although all of our products are of premium quality, not all of the oils are certified organics. We are also in the process of acquiring our own Certification as an Organic Processing Facility and remain committed to supplying true organics at reasonable prices.
Can your oils be ingested?
Our Essential and Carrier Oils are pure, and in many cases, food grade. However, we do NOT recommend the ingestion of essential oils. They are highly concentrated and have the capacity to cause serious damage if used internally without the necessary expertise required in administering it. This is supported by the International Federation of Aroma therapists that do not recommend ingestion of essential oils unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical aromatherapy as practiced in other countries.
What is the difference between essential oil and fragrant oil?
Essential oils essences are expressed directly from plants or plant parts and are all natural, whereas fragrant oils are manufactured in a lab from different aromatic chemicals.
How do I store my products once I have purchased them?
It is recommended that oils should be stored at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Refrigeration after opening is best.
We do not ship free samples, independent of orders. Offering "Free" Samples (and shipping for those samples) merely means that the cost will be absorbed into our product line, raising the prices. We offer affordable 5ml. sizes, perfect for testing.
Do you have a storefront?
We currently have a small Harrisburg office and warehouse. Customers can only purchase select ready-to-use items that are indicated for sale.
All other items will have to be pre-ordered. We are able to offer customers a pick up option; however orders need to be placed prior to 2pm, and may take up to 24 hours to complete depending upon scheduled production. If customers are unable to pick up their order after 5 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and to charge a restock fee of 25% or $10, whichever is higher.
Our hours of operation are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays with 4:00 p.m. being the last pick-up of the day. New orders and additions to orders will not be accepted at the time of pickup.
Can I Pick My Order Up?
Yes. However, all orders require 24 hr notice during NORMAL business hours. Same day orders can be picked up with 4 hours’ notice and will be assessed a $5 or $10 local delivery/pick up fee.
What types of payment do you accept?
PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Certified Check and Money Orders.

When is my credit card charged?
When you place an order with us through our online shopping cart your credit card will be charged instantly when you check out from the shopping cart.
My credit card was charged a different amount than my Shopping Cart? You will be charged for the products received. If we are out of stock on an item an adjustment will be made. Also, shipping may occasionally vary from the shopping cart calculation.
Do you have a Wholesale program?
Yes, we do in the sizes 100ml, 250ml, 500ml, 1000ml and 2kg, 5kg and 10kg. We also have a discount program for customers who wish to be distributors. Minimum purchase is required for the purchase of wholesale items.

Shipping & Handling
Yaqinah & Co. makes no warranty for Incorrect Addresses, Non-Deliverable, or Refused Shipments. Please make certain that the shipping address you provide is correct. If a customer makes an address error, the customer is responsible for additional delivery charges.
If we make an error, then we will absorb the additional fee. Packages returned to us marked ‘Refused’, ‘Unclaimed’, or ‘Invalid Address’ will be credited back to the customer’s credit card, less a 25% restocking fee and all shipping costs.
Orders will generally be processed & shipped within 1-3 days of receipt. Actual delivery time will vary depending on the destination of the order.
We use "Ground Service" for our shipments therefore; delivery to west coast could take several days. If we are in an out of stock situation, we will email you and ask if you want it back ordered and shipped upon its arrival (at your cost) or if you'd like to wait for the stock to arrive.
Where is my tracking number?
As soon as your package has been shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation email. In that email, to the right of each of the products you ordered, it will have the tracking number.
How long will it take to get my package?
It takes us an average of 24-72 hours to get your order filled and ready to ship. Once it has shipped we average 3-5 for domestic orders to be received. International orders take longer. You may have to wait up to 1 month depending on the tides.
Do you keep all items in stock?
Yaqinah & Co. makes all possible provisions to have stock on hand. However, there may be occasions when we are in an oversold situation and waiting for shipments from our suppliers.
How soon will my back ordered item be back in stock?
Usually it is ready within a week or less to ship. If we are out of an item and another suitable item can be substituted, we will. We will email or phone you prior to this happening in case. If you get a back order notification you have a couple of options.
1) We can include the back ordered item in the package with your next order.
2) You could exchange the item for something else you would like to receive of equal value.
3) We could ship you out the item(s) as soon as they are available.
My package was damaged during shipping. What should I do?
Sometimes packages are damaged en route to you. Not to worry, we insure all packages. For us to make the insurance claim on your package we will need photos of the damage, the package, and the shipping label on the package. Please send those to [email protected]
What is your return/exchange policy?
All sales are final. Due to the high cost of testing returns for tampering, returns or exchanges cannot be honored. For that reason all sales are final.
Can I cancel my order?
The order can be canceled up until it has been shipped. There is a 10% + $3 cancellation fee for orders not yet processed. There is a 25% +$3 cancellation fee for orders already processed and filled. These fees are to cover the cost of transaction fees for accepting and refunding payment, the cost of handling the cancellation from the office to the production warehouse, and to cover the cost of the order being processed and filled for orders already processed. Custom scented products are non-refundable after being made.
